Quality Metals, Inc. was selected by the construction manager, A.D. Morgan, to furnish and install the light gauge metal truss and metal roof system on the Polk State College Public Safety project. The contract includes over 75,000 square feet of Steel Technology & Design pre-fabricated light gauge roof trusses, metal roof deck, rigid insulation board, underlayment, and a complete MBCI SuperLok standing seam metal roof system. The metal roof system will include all metal soffit panels, gutter, fascia, downspouts, and associated flashings and trim for a complete and warrantied roof system.
